MEET THE OWNER, john
As an airline pilot, precision is a part of my everyday life. I started this knife sharpening business to channel that same focus into hands-on craftsmanship. I’m an avid builder and restorer, and sharpening has become the perfect blend of skill, technique, and attention to detail.
Every knife that comes into my shop is treated with the same care and respect I give my own tools. I don’t rush the process. Each blade is evaluated individually:
